Aston® Kinetics: Universal Principles of Human Movement: The Basics

In this 4 week course you will learn:

  • The basic principles of human movement

  • Discover new ways to move, even with the limitations you already have

  • Get more in touch with your own body

  • Learn how to move in ways you haven't experienced in years

 

If you want to discover the possibilities of​ your own movement, reduce the aging process and take home exercises to correct discomfort, then this class is for you. Space is limited so do not miss this opportunity. Because each class builds off the last, you need to start at the beginning. If you are unable to make one class due to illness or emergency, you can make it up in a private 30 minute session or make other arrangements.

$12 per class, $40 if paid in full at time of reservation

Due to the challenges with social distancing protocols and classes I will not be teaching classes indoors for the duration of 2020 pending the pandemic. I may teach some outdoor hiking classes/snowshoe classes - please check back for more information - or get in touch with me

If none of these apply to you, but you want to learn in a group setting, contact me and see how we could create a class suited to your interests.

Each class is by reservation only. If you are not able to make a class please cancel within 48 hours to get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. These classes are non-transferable. You will receive a small questionnaire within 24 hours of your registration, consisting of a brief health history to ensure your safety and ability to participate in the class activities. 

*Courtney is NOT a personal trainer. These fitness classes are not designed to aide you in weight loss, place you on a fitness routine or any other duties a personal trainer would assist you in. These courses are to be applied to a current workout regiment, or used as a suggestion for you to do on your own. The content of this class is for educational purposes only, and should not be taken as a fitness class. You will learn how to modify your current workout to better fit your body for the best results.
