Covid-19 Protocols

Harmony begins with respect.

This worldwide pandemic has changed our lives in so many ways. Every single person has been affected one way or another. It is my responsibility to provide a clean and safe environment to the best of my abilities. Below, you will find an outline of what each session will look like, and what the list of protocols will be for everyone. If you have questions about this, please contact me and I will be happy to answer your questions.

Visits to the studio - applies to everyone

  • I will open and close all of the doors so that you do not need to touch the handles

  • You will be asked to wash your hands before our session - either before entering the studio in the bathroom, or at the sink located inside the studio

  • You need to wear a mask before entering the studio, and for the duration of our session together

  • At your first session, we will ask you to sign a waiver. This is only at your first session. For each subsequent session/visit I will ask you a short list of questions and ask you to initial after I have asked the questions.

  • Once inside, please take off your shoes and place them on the shoe rack

  • Please minimize the amount of things you bring - if possible please wear your session clothes instead of changing in the room. Of course if you need to change you will be allowed to. :) 

  • If you need to use the restroom, I will take you there and open the door for you.

During and before our sessions

  • Please stay in your car and text or call me at 775-453-4025 and I will come meet you at the door to let you in (which will be locked at all times)

  • Both client and practitioner are required wear a mask for the duration of the session

  • The practitioner (me) will wash hands before and after session and use hand sanitizer frequently during the session.

  • It is best that we keep the talking to a minimum to reduce the risk of airborne particles - though I am very excited to get updates from you all!! So, practice your speed talking ;)

  • We are trying to limit how much everyone touches, so please bring your own water bottle if you would like water - but I would be happy to refill it if you need!

  • At each session, I will ask you a short list of questions including taking/logging your temperature and asking you to initial for that visit.

  • Even when we are not during a pandemic cash carries a lot of germs, because it is very hard to wash/clean/sanitize, I will not be accepting cash. You can use Paypal, Zelle, check or credit card for your sessions.
