Each class focuses on either the upper body (waist up) or the lower body (hips and legs). Each class gives you the basics for supporting a healthy lifestyle and enhancing your body by loosening tight muscles. In order to get the most of this class you need to have the concepts of neutral alignment and base of support. To have these concepts you will need to take Universal Principles of Human Movement: The Basics, or have at least one private session before you take this class.
